Courage is the foundation of integrity
With courage you will dare to take risks, have the strength to be compassionate, and the wisdom to be humble.
You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do
Courage is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm
Courage faces fear and thereby masters it

CHEER UP AND NEVER GIVE UP

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,

ENCOURAGEMENT FOR YOU

When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long in the first place
When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us
He who refuses to embrace a unique opportunity loses the prize as surely as if he had failed
When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on
If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down

If one dream should fall and break into a thousand pieces, never be afraid to pick one of those pieces up and begin again
One has to remember that every failure can be a stepping stone to something better

GOAL

A goal is a dream with a deadline
Begin with the end in mind
If you don't know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else
Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go
Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal
The greater danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we hit it
Goals that are not written down are just wishes
The whole world steps aside for the man who knows where he is going

TAKE ACTION

Action may not always bring happiness, but there is no happiness without action.
Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little.

Organized activity and maintained enthusiasm are the wellsprings of your power.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress.
People fascinated by the idea of progress never suspect that every step forward is also a step on the way to the end.


Change does not necessarily assure progress, but progress implacably requires change. Education is essential to change, for education creates both new wants and the ability to satisfy them.
Discontent is the first step in the progress of a man or a nation.
The chief obstacle to the progress of the human race is the human race.
All progress is based upon a universal innate desire on the part of every organism to live beyond its income.

BEAUTY

What worth has beauty if it is not seen?
Beauty is not so much what you see as what you dream.
The ability to see beauty is the beginning of our moral sensibility. What we believe is beautiful we will not want　only destroy.
People often say that 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder,' and I say that the most liberating thing about beauty is realizing that you are the beholder. This empowers us to find beauty in places where others have not dared to look, including inside ourselves.
People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.
Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.
A heart in love with beauty never grows old.
Beauty is the gift of God.
There is nothing that makes its way more directly into the soul than beauty.
Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.
The human soul needs actual beauty more than bread.
